Homework club is available for 1st to 6th class. It is a facility run by Ms. Prendiville. It provides a warm supervised setting in which students carry out their homework independently. Students who have difficulty will be facilitated by the supervising teacher and any persistent problems will be communicated to their class teacher. Homework club is not a teaching environment though we will endeavour to help your child with their questions.

It will run Tuesday to Thursday from 3.00pm to 4.00pm at a cost of €7.50 per child. Money will be collected on the Tuesday of homework club. The cost will be reduced to €5.00 if there is a closure or staff meeting one day. However if your child is absent from homework club for a day due to illness or non-school related activity the cost remains at €7.50. Please provide your child with an extra snack. Check standard of homework and sign journal every evening. Feel free to speak with us if you have any concerns regarding homework club.

Homework club will commence Tuesday September 11th. If interested please sign the form sent home with all children from 1st – 6th class and return to Ms. Prendiville. Please be aware places are limited and will work on a first come first serve basis
